The Role We''re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team, ideally someone who understands the pace, challenges and excitement of recruiting within field marketing, promotional staffing, experiential marketing or brand ambassador environments. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you''ll take ownership of hiring campaigns across a variety of customer-facing roles including Product Sales Advisor, Brand Ambassadors, Team Leaders, Merchandisers, Field Sales Executives, Event Staff and Sampling Teams. If you''ve worked in a field marketing agency, outsourced sales organisation, promotional staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environment, you''ll know that success comes from building talent pipelines before they''re needed, moving quickly and delivering great people at scale. What You''ll Do Proactively source and engage high-quality talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media and direct outreach.
