Working closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition Manager, you''ll help ensure we continue to attract the skills and talent needed to support our learners, colleagues and future ambitions. About The Role As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you''ll be responsible for delivering a professional end-to-end recruitment service across a diverse range of roles. You''ll coordinate recruitment campaigns, source candidates, manage candidate communications, support managers through the recruitment process and ensure all pre-employment checks are completed efficiently and compliantly. You''ll also have the opportunity to contribute to talent attraction initiatives, employer branding campaigns and recruitment events, helping to position the College as an employer of choice.
