Talent Acquisition Recruitment Partner - Front Office

Insight Investment are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will act as recruitment business partner to key business group heads and provide them with required recruiting updates, strategy and metrics as required, and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes

Role Responsibilities- Demonstrate expert level of understanding of business recruiting needs by participating in client meetings, being aware of changes within the business, acting as a subject matter expert for areas of recruiting responsibility as well as managing hiring manager/candidate expectations

Advise and conduct compensation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure successful closure of offersEnsure a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout recruitment processes, share manager feedback and appropriately manage all candidatesChampion key recruiting initiatives (eg diversity, internal mobility) and develop and execute strategies which support these initiatives and goalsPartner with colleagues to contribute to the wider HR team through proactive sharing of information and best practiceEstablish recruitment approach to include both direct and indirect sourcing methodsAt times, arranging interviews and coordinating with recruitment agenciesWorking in partnership with the HR Business Partners to ensure key contribution to wider HR policiesCoach and support Hiring Managers in interviewing and assessment, equipping them to undertake interviews competently and to high qualityPrevious experience recruiting into the front-office within Asset Management is highly desirableFinancial Services Experience essentialA strong client focus, with a drive to deliver the best possible service to stakeholders, as well as proactively seeking feedback to continually improve the functionStrong influencing and relationship management skillsAn innovative and proactive approach to Talent Attraction, with the ability to review current practices and introduce new ways of workingA proven track record of Talent Acquisition within a complex multi-line business with a global footprintThe ability to effectively manage end to end project-based workUnderstanding the value of diversity and where to source diverse talentInsight is committed to being an inclusive employer and encourages applications from all suitably qualified applicants irrespective of background, circumstances, age, disability, gender identity, ethnicity, religion or belief and sexual orientation.
