Sourcing suitable candidatesScreening candidates and conducting telephone interviewsScheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews

Reviewing applications and ensuring complianceAssisting applicants with documentation and onboardingFollowing our compliance processesBooking successful candidates into trainingWhat We’re Looking For:? Experience in

recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer service? Strong

organisational skills

and the ability to juggle multiple tasks? Excellent

written and verbal communication

skills? Experience using

applicant tracking systems? A confident and professional

telephone manner? A keen eye for

attention to detail

and a

calm, patient approach? A team player who genuinely enjoys

connecting with people

?

Valid Driving Licence and you own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthlyWhat We Offer:up to £27,300 per year37.5 hour workweek , 5 days out of 725 days’ holiday + an extra day for your birthdayCompany pension + learning and development opportunitiesA
