EMJ is growing, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to attract and recruit ‘Gold Medal Winners’ to further strengthen our team.

Who you are:

Recruitment Cycle Experience:

You have experience managing parts of or the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle (agency or in-house), with a strong focus on delivering a world-class candidate experience.Enthusiasm and Growth Mindset:

Knowledge of the pharma/healthcare industry, experience organizing recruitment days, hiring Sales talent, or recruiting in Miami and London would be a plus.What

you’ll do:Manage the Full Recruitment Lifecycle:

Oversee all stages of recruitment, from job posting to offer, partnering with hiring managers and conducting video interviews.Partner with Hiring Managers:

Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles and align expectations for successful hires.Create Engaging Job Advertisements:

Develop and post engaging job ads on our careers page, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent.Proactively Source Candidates:

Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other resources to headhunt and source candidates for open positions.Manage Recruitment Data and KPIs:

Maintain accurate data in the ATS and track key performance indicators to continuously improve the quality and speed of our hiring process.Challenge and Improve Recruitment Processes:

Up to 2 days flexibility to work from home (FT in office during probation)Location:

London/Moorgate officeWe offer a hybrid work environment, balancing office and remote work. To support your training and development during your initial three-month probation, this period will be fully office-based, five days a week.
