You will be responsible for hiring the very best talent and will be instrumental in the organization''s growth.Key responsibilities for the role will be:Contribute to the recruitment target within the agreed time frame and quality standardsBe active in terms of innovative ways to reach candidates such as improving search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcingHave a deep understanding of Boolean search strings and knowledge shares with the teamConduct candidate research via relevant tools and channels, hold pitches with candidates that are aligned with Netcompany value propositions and corporate Employer Branding (EB) strategy, coordinate processes with headhuntersParticipate in recruitment and employer branding activitiesProvide relevant information to share with the team about challenges and successes in relation to current tasks and proactively suggest ideas on how to act on themParticipate actively in generating an open, professional, and trusting relationship with candidatesEnsure sufficient planning and organization of own work, whilst reporting precisely on any issues and processesDemonstrate strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to be a trusted advisor within the businessAble to meet deadlines and complete administration duties to a high standardContribute to the conditions for great teamwork within the recruitment teamQualificationsExperience in Recruitment, in-house recruitment experience is preferredAdept at sourcing both active and passive candidatesComfortable with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boardsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, agile environmentAble to meet KPI targets and metricsExperience in creating and implementing a seamless recruitment serviceStrong communicator with the ability to work independently as well as in a teamAdditional InformationBenefitsHybrid working model with some flexible working25 days’ holidayPrivate Medical Health care via VitalityPension contribution, Life AssuranceProfessional certifications supported as part of learning and developmentA range of retail discounts to enhance your lifestyle, encompassing restaurants, supermarkets, travel, leisure activities and health and well-being servicesAccess to our Employee Resource Groups, our groups represent diverse backgrounds and provide a platform for colleagues to connect, learn, and support one anotherCompany informationAt Netcompany, we pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial spirit and our capacity for doing things differently.
