We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-obsessed

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

to join our growing team in London. You’ll be the operational backbone of our interview process—ensuring every candidate enjoys a smooth, professional, and thoughtful experience from first touch to final stage.As part of our global Talent Acquisition team, you’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate logistics and drive excellence at every step. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving scheduling puzzles, and take pride in creating seamless candidate journeys, this role is for you.Please note:

This role requires you to be in our London office whenever we host onsite interviews to ensure an exceptional in-person candidate experience.This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below

Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across global time zones using Google Calendar and GreenhouseServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a top-tier experienceCollaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to ensure candidates move efficiently through the pipelineAdapt and manage scheduling changes with speed and graceMaintain accurate candidate records in GreenhouseSupport onboarding coordination and post-offer follow-upsIdentify and drive improvements in recruiting workflows and coordination processesProvide onsite support for in-person interviews at the London officeThe skills you will need to be successful

2+ years experience as an Interview or Recruitment Coordinator, ideally within a tech environmentStrong familiarity with Greenhouse (ATS), Slack, and Google WorkspaceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptionally detail-oriented and highly organizedComfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities shift quicklySelf-starter who enjoys working independently and collaborativelyPassionate about delivering thoughtful and efficient candidate experiencesAvailable to be onsite in the London office for any in-person interviewsThe interview process
