Join our client''s in-house recruitment team and help us hire the people who make a difference.We''re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Justice andamp; Immigration division with high-volume recruitment campaigns. This is a fully remote, 3-month contract role where you''ll manage the full recruitment life cycle - from application to offer - helping us source, assess and hire frontline professionals into vital roles.What you''ll be doing:* Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns for frontline roles - from screening to offer.* Reviewing applications, online assessment results and eligibility criteria (eg right to work, vetting, health).* Coordinating and conducting structured virtual interviews as the designated hiring manager.* Providing timely and professional candidate feedback and communications throughout the process.* Issuing verbal offers and guiding candidates through the vetting and onboarding process.* Handling candidate and stakeholder queries via inbox and inbound calls (via the STORM rota).* Keeping accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS (SuccessFactors or Phenom).* Reporting on campaign progress and raising any risks or concerns to the Campaign Lead.What ..... full job details .....
