This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or HR experience who enjoys delivering a great candidate experience while supporting hiring activity across multiple functions.Key ResponsibilitiesScreen applications and manage candidates through the recruitment process.Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records within the ATS.Support hiring managers with candidate shortlists and recruitment administration.Manage recruitment enquiries and ensure vacancies are advertised effectively.Assist with assessment processes, reporting and recruitment data analysis.Create and post employer branding and social media content.Build relationships with educational institutions to support early careers recruitment.Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.About YouPrevious experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Confident using recruitment systems and digital tools.Comfortable working with data and producing reports.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team and play a key role in attracting and engaging top talent ..... full job details .....
