Talent Acquisition Coordinator- 6 Month FTC

Hybrid | Andover Area | 2-3 Days Onsite

We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a growing in-house recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or HR experience who enjoys delivering a great candidate experience while supporting hiring activity across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen applications and manage candidates through the recruitment process.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
• Support hiring managers with candidate shortlists and recruitment administration.
• Manage recruitment enquiries and ensure vacancies are advertised effectively.
• Assist with assessment processes, reporting and recruitment data analysis.
• Create and post employer branding and social media content.
• Build relationships with educational institutions to support early careers recruitment.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

About You

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident using recruitment systems and digital tools.
• Comfortable working with data and producing reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
