Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Manager
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Manager to lead the Talent function across the Bleep 360 Group.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who can combine strategic thinking with excellent recruitment delivery.
You’ll lead a team of recruiters across our regional offices, shape our recruitment strategy, build high-quality talent pipelines and work closely with senior leaders to ensure we attract and appoint the right people to support the Group’s continued growth.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we attract, recruit and retain talent across multiple businesses, while helping to develop our wider people strategy.
What you'll be doing
Leading Talent & Recruitment
- Lead and develop our Talent team, setting priorities, managing capacity and ensuring recruiters have clear accountability for performance and outcomes.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from attraction and sourcing through to interview, offer, onboarding and start date.
- Ensure recruitment activity consistently meets our high standards for safer recruitment, safeguarding, CQC and Ofsted compliance.
- Personally lead sensitive, specialist and senior-level appointments across the Group.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing, headhunting and engagement with both active and passive candidates.
- Lead recruitment campaigns and talent cohorts, coordinating candidates, stakeholders, timelines and onboarding requirements.
- Use recruitment data, market insight and workforce trends to shape proactive resourcing strategies.
Talent Attraction & Employer Brand
- Develop innovative recruitment campaigns in partnership with hiring managers and our Marketing team.
- Help strengthen our employer brand and recruitment marketing activity.
- Build relationships with universities, colleges and education providers to develop early-career and emerging talent pipelines.
- Lead national recruitment events and campaigns, representing the Group externally.
- Manage recruitment advertising and agency spend, ensuring strong ROI and value for money.
Stakeholder & Workforce Planning
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight.
- Partner with business leaders on talent management, career development, internal mobility and succession planning.
- Provide workforce insights even when there isn't an immediate vacancy, helping the business anticipate future talent requirements.
- Work closely with HR and other Group functions to use onboarding, probation and exit feedback to identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
Data, Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor recruitment and retention KPIs and use data to drive performance and decision-making.
- Prepare and present recruitment MI, cost analysis and market trends to senior leadership.
- Manage recruitment budgets across agencies, job boards and marketing activity.
- Continuously review recruitment processes and candidate experience, balancing speed, quality and compliance.
- Champion inclusive recruitment practices and ensure our attraction and selection processes are accessible and free from unnecessary bias.
What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced recruitment or talent professional who is ready to take ownership of a Group-wide Talent function. You’ll also have:
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Management or a senior recruitment leadership role.
- Strong experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple business areas and role types.
- Experience recruiting within regulated environments, with a strong understanding of safer recruitment, safeguarding, CQC and/or Ofsted requirements.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a recruitment team, ideally across multiple locations.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability, including engaging passive candidates and building long-term talent pipelines.
- Experience delivering recruitment campaigns, projects and talent cohorts.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Experience of workforce planning and translating future business requirements into proactive recruitment strategies.
- Strong commercial awareness, including agency management, supplier negotiation and recruitment budget management.
- The ability to interpret recruitment data, KPIs and market trends and turn them into practical recommendations.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn and other recruitment technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A genuine commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
- The flexibility to travel regularly to regional offices and national recruitment events.
Why this role?

You'll be joining a growing organisation where recruitment is recognised as a strategic function and where you'll have the opportunity to make a visible difference across multiple businesses.
If you're a commercially minded recruitment leader who loves building great teams, developing talent strategies and making recruitment better, we'd love to hear from you.
