Job Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor. Location: London or Birmingham. Fixed Term Contract. We have a great opportunity for an experienced in-house Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team in London or Birmingham. This role will see you take on a role within the UKandI team, supporting the hiring for specific business areas and service lines across Cushman and Wakefield. You will be reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead. You will work with senior stakeholders in the business to design, implement and improve recruitment processes/performance across the UK. You will have a collaborative approach to working with HR, Talent Acquisition Ops, Senior Managers and external businesses such as recruitment agencies. Working with the TA Team Lead to ensure recruitment processes are defined and governed, you will be responsible for talent mapping and bringing market data and insight to your business areas. Adding value is crucial, you will be a curious individual and have a deep understanding of external market and spotting opportunities. Using data and insight in a meaningful way is paramount for this role through regular meeting with senior stakeholders. INCO: "Cushman and Wakefield"Key Responsibilities
Partnering with key stakeholders understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs.Creation and delivery and implementation of sourcing strategy to build diverse pipelines for immediate and future needs.Devising and implementing recruitment plans, campaigns and activity within agreed deadlines ensuring that recruiting managers are properly consulted and informed.Ensuring focus on DEandI throughout the recruitment cycle and on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.Advising the business and implementing robust recruitment and selection processes.Evaluating and reporting progress against resourcing activity to demonstrate effectiveness and value.Extensive stakeholder engagement, the ability to analyse data and metrics in a meaningful way to create future action plans for improvementBroad recruitment experience, preferably gained within an inhouse Professional Services team or ability to demonstrate a deep knowledge of the complexities of this marketStrong sourcing skills from multiple channels and able to offer thought leadership on sourcing methodologiesExperience of recruiting volume campaigns as well as unique roles with subject matter expertise around both internal and external marketsKnowledge of recruitment systems and ability to manipulate and analyse data, with a focus on data integrityProven experience of proactively managing recruitment (pragmatic and hands on in approach) within a Professional Services businessCredible and able to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, agency suppliers and search firms in order to identify effective partnersPersonable, engaging and able to impact effectively at all levelsNotes
