Our client is a profitable, privately owned organisation based in the East Midlands. The technology function has grown considerably with the business and now includes machine learning specialists, experienced software developers and solution architects. This role exists to keep the business running well day to day so that team can build. What you will actually be doing You will be the person people come to. That means front line support across Microsoft cloud applications, covering administration, mail services, identity and remote access, and it means day to day troubleshooting and user support on the company customer relationship management platform. It also means real configuration work, building and maintaining workflows, dashboards and automations rather than simply raising tickets for somebody else to action.
