Analyse ERP system usage and recommend configuration changes to improve efficiency and user experience. Gather and document functional and technical requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations. Act as the liaison between customers and the development team, translating business needs into technical specifications. Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes.
