The Role Working closely with operational teams, senior stakeholders, and third-party suppliers, you''ll help ensure that technology supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality care. You''ll be involved in everything from analysing existing processes and gathering requirements to supporting new system implementations, user training, reporting, and ongoing system optimisation. This is a varied position offering the opportunity to contribute to projects involving Electronic Care Records, workforce management, HR, compliance, and other operational systems.
