This role offers excellent long-term stability and a modern hybrid working model, requiring just one day per week at either our Bristol or Yeovil facility. As a pivotal member of the engineering assurance team, you will drive safety compliance, develop robust safety arguments, and ensure that complex systems satisfy rigorous regulatory and military standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety Case Development: Lead the creation, maintenance, and maturation of complex System Safety Cases and safety arguments.Risk Management: Perform comprehensive Safety Risk Management tasks, including Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard Analysis, and risk mitigation tracking.Compliance and Standards: Ensure all engineering activities strictly align with military safety standards and customer requirements.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams, project managers, and external stakeholders to champion a proactive safety culture.Key ..... full job details .....
