They draw on their systems knowledge to identity and troubleshoot systems related issues. They communicate clearly and collaborate with others to deliver results. Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experienceWorking knowledge of Linux system administrationExperience of systems automation using BASH, Python, Perl, etcExperience of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, switching, HTTP)Good troubleshooting skills at all levels, from application to network to hostExposure to cloud computing concepts and design considerationsExperience in a production environmentExperience of monitoring frameworks (such as CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, Elastic or similar)EEO and Privacy
