At the same time, funding requirements, new regulations, and ageing heat networks mean there''s no single solution.This role exists because those programmes need someone to bring them together.You''ll lead the organisation''s retrofit, decarbonisation, and sustainability strategy, ensuring investment is targeted where it has the greatest impact. Alongside this, you''ll take ownership of communal and district heat networks, helping shape how they perform today while planning how they''ll evolve over the next decade.This isn''t simply a programme management role.
