Sustainability Manager RoleFull-time, permanent positionLocation: 5 days in St Pauls (Central London)Need to have strong construction experience Key Responsibilities:Certification Delivery: Lead and support the delivery of BREEAM and WELL certifications across fit-out projects. Act as a BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) and/or WELL AP on multiple schemes.Client Advisory: Work closely with clients to define and implement sustainability strategies aligned with Net Zero goals and broader ESG frameworks.Project Integration: Embed sustainability from concept to completion in project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with client, regulatory, and certification requirements.Supply Chain Alignment and Communication: Ensure client sustainability targets are clearly communicated and understood across the supply chain. Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to promote accountability, build capability, and embed project-specific sustainability requirements into procurement, material selection, and on-site delivery.Tender Support and Presentations: Maintain active involvement in the planning and preparation of tender submissions, particularly where Environmental Management and Sustainability are key evaluation criteria.
