Commercial Surveyor Solihull / Birmingham Hybrid We are working exclusively with a growing commercial property practice that is looking to appoint a Commercial Surveyor to join its expanding team across Solihull and Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor looking to develop their career within a growing practice, with a varied workload and strong exposure to valuation, landlord and tenant matters and wider professional surveying instructions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of professional instructions, including: Commercial property valuations Landlord and tenant matters General professional surveying instructions Client advisory and reporting Acquisition and consultancy work Direct client interaction and relationship management Valuation and professional work will form a key part of the role, with responsibilities tailored to the successful candidate''s existing experience and longer-term professional development objectives. This is a client-facing position, offering the opportunity to take ownership of instructions and build strong relationships with clients.
