The successful candidate will undertake a varied mix of surveying and analytical duties across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, residential, and public sector properties.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering both asbestos surveying and analytical services across a diverse portfolio of client sites throughout Glasgow and the surrounding areas.Working independently and alongside an experienced technical team, you will deliver accurate, professional services while ensuring full compliance with HSG264, HSG248, current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCarrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and personal air monitoring in accordance with HSG248Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across a range of property typesProducing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reportsWorking ..... full job details .....
