Working across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector properties, you''ll benefit from a varied workload, structured scheduling, and genuine long-term career progression.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will undertake both asbestos surveying and analytical duties across a diverse portfolio of client sites throughout London and the Home Counties.Working independently with the support of an experienced technical team, the Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst will ensure all work is completed to the highest standard while maintaining full compliance with HSG264, HSG248, current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCarrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and smoke testing in accordance with HSG248Conducting bulk asbestos sampling and producing accurate survey ..... full job details .....
