Working across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector properties, you''ll benefit from a structured workload, strong technical support, and genuine long-term career progression.THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will undertake both asbestos surveying and analytical duties across a range of client sites throughout Liverpool and the surrounding region.Working independently and alongside an experienced technical team, the Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst will deliver high-quality surveying and analytical services while ensuring full compliance with HSG264, HSG248, current asbestos legislation, and UKAS procedures.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCarrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (RandD) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and smoke testing in accordance with HSG248Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reportsConducting bulk asbestos sampling ..... full job details .....
