• Provide exceptional support and engagement to our supporters, ensuring their experience is positive and rewarding.
• Respond promptly and professionally to supporter enquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supporter records within the CRM system.
• Assist in the processing of donations, memberships, and other supporter transactions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with supporters, recognising their contributions and encouraging ongoing involvement.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement supporter engagement strategies.
• Identify opportunities to up sell or promote additional support initiatives where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of supporter care processes and procedures.

• Previous experience in supporter or customer care, ideally within a charitable or non-profit environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional approach.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Understanding of data protection legislation and confidentiality protocols.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
