Supported Housing Officer Location: Lewisham, South East London Salary: £30,090.11 per annum, rising to £30,992.81 after successful probation Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week, worked on a rota Do you enjoy helping people build confidence, independence and stability? The role Quo Vadis Trust is looking for a Supported Housing Officer to join our team in Lewisham. We are a specialist housing charity supporting around 200 adults across South East London, including people experiencing mental health challenges, homelessness, complex needs or leaving care. You will manage your own caseload, building trusted relationships with clients and helping them work towards realistic goals around their wellbeing, housing and independence. No two days will be exactly the same. You may be welcoming a new client, completing a risk assessment, helping someone understand their benefits, supporting a move-on plan or dealing calmly with a difficult situation. Key Responsibilities Manage and provide key-working support to an allocated caseload Create support plans and SMART goals with clients Complete inductions, risk assessments and accurate client records Support clients with housing, welfare benefits and tenancy matters Encourage independent living, housekeeping and everyday life skills Carry out room, property and health and safety checks Respond professionally ..... full job details .....
