Do you enjoy helping people build confidence, independence and stability? Are you calm, practical and able to support people through challenging situations while treating everyone with dignity and respect?

The role

  • Respond professionally to incidents, challenging behaviour and safeguarding concerns
  • Liaise with external agencies and other professionals
  • Travel between QVT services when required
