Housing Officer Location: CM14, Essex Pay Rate: £18.76 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (35 hours per week)Housing Officer - Temporary OpportunityWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a well-established housing organisation based in CM14. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality housing management services and improving the lives of residents.As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for managing a designated patch of properties, building positive relationships with residents, and ensuring estates are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with housing standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of residential properties and provide an excellent housing management service.Build strong relationships with residents and act as their first point of contact.Investigate and resolve tenancy-related issues, including anti-social behaviour (ASB), complaints, and safeguarding concerns.Carry out regular estate inspections and ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard.Work closely with repairs, maintenance teams, contractors, and managing agents to resolve issues promptly.Monitor repairs and maintenance performance to ensure excellent customer service.Support residents by providing advice and guidance on tenancy matters.Manage service charges and communicate effectively with residents regarding housing services.Ensure accurate record keeping and maintain ..... full job details .....
