Supported Housing Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing provider in Manchester for an experienced Supported Housing Manager to lead a specialist accommodation service supporting adults affected by domestic abuse and complex needs. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality housing and support services. The Role:As Supported Housing Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the service. You will lead a team of support staff and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred, trauma-informed and outcome-focused support. Your responsibilities as a Supported Housing Manager will include: Managing and supporting a team of housing and support staff. Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is delivered. Overseeing risk assessments, support plans and safeguarding procedures. Ensuring appropriate responses to high-risk cases and multi-agency referrals. Managing staffing levels, rotas and day-to-day service operations. Monitoring occupancy, referrals, voids and property standards. Managing service performance against targets and contractual requirements. Working closely with local authorities, health services, domestic abuse services and other partner agencies. Supporting residents to access appropriate housing, benefits and other services. Helping residents work towards independence and suitable move-on accommodation.
