supported housing manager domestic violence support worker Domestic Violence Supported Housing ManagerLocation: Manchester City Centre / Greater Manchester Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum depending on experience Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week Working Pattern: Flexible working, including evenings, weekends and participation in an on-call rota About the Role We are seeking an experienced and passionate Supported Housing Manager to lead a new dispersed safe accommodation service supporting adult victims and survivors of domestic abuse with complex and intersecting needs, and their children where applicable. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to play a key role in establishing and developing a high-quality, trauma-informed service that provides safe accommodation, intensive specialist support, safety and recovery work, and proactive move-on assistance. You will provide visible, hands-on leadership and take overall responsibility for ensuring the service is safe, effective, person-centred and outcome-focused. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee complex casework and safeguarding, manage service performance and partnerships, and ensure residents receive the right support to rebuild their lives and move towards sustainable accommodation and greater independence.
