About Us: Spectrum Children and Young People s Services is a newly formed service that is part of the Rehability UK Group and led by a team with significant experience working with children and young people. We genuinely believe that every child deserves the chance to thrive and pursue their dreams, aspirations, and whatever their background. We provide services for children who may have a diagnosis of Autism, ADHD, Intellectual disabilities, learning difficulties or living with mental health challenges. We aim to provide the ideal launch pad to start their bright futures. Role Purpose To provide direct support to young people aged 16 and up. The role focuses on empowering young people to develop the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to achieve independence and transition into adulthood successfully. The Support Worker will work closely with the service team to ensure that the care and support align with regulatory standards and the young people''s needs. Salary: £12.30 per hour for unqualified (Just under real living) £12.60 per hour for Qualified (Real living) Sleeps £50 per night or per sleep Key Responsibilities Supporting Young People: Build trusting and positive relationships with young people, offering guidance, advice, and support. Assist young people in developing independent living skills, including budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
