You will manage a caseload of around 10 service users, providing person-centred support in their homes to help them maintain their tenancy, build independence, and access the services they need.This is a community-based role, ideal for someone confident working autonomously and passionate about supporting vulnerable people to achieve stability and long-term wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one resettlement and tenancy sustainment support to a caseload of approximately 10 individualsSupport service users with complex needs, including mental health, substance misuse, and social vulnerabilitiesCarry out home visits across Liverpool, helping individuals manage their tenancy and develop independent living skillsComplete risk assessments, support plans, and regular welfare checksHelp service users manage their tenancy, understand their responsibilities, and prevent tenancy breakdownProvide practical support around budgeting, managing bills, and accessing financial adviceAbout YouExperience supporting vulnerable adults, ideally within homelessness, resettlement, or complex-needs servicesStrong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and tenancy ..... full job details .....
