SUPPORT WORKER - NEWQUAY Newquay £15.34 per hour 22.2 hours per week Temporary - 2 months Monday-Sunday, 8am-9pm REF: 106056 We''re looking for an experienced Support Worker to support customers who may have challenging behaviour linked to mental ill health and alcohol/substance misuse. The role includes: Supporting customers with their individual needs and support plans Risk assessment and risk management Building positive relationships and providing day-to-day support Accurate record keeping and using computer systems Working confidently on your own and as part of a team Responding calmly and professionally to challenging situations We''re looking for someone who is: Resilient and adaptable A confident communicator Friendly, approachable and positive Comfortable working under pressure Flexible with working hours Experienced in support work or working with vulnerable adults Basic/Enhanced DBS required, subject to the role.
