Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalised care and support to individuals with various needs, helping them to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation, ensuring dignity and respect. Emotional Support: Provide companionship and emotional support, actively listening to clients'' concerns and offering encouragement.
