The role focuses on enabling individuals to live as independently and comfortably as possible. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality personal care and support to service users Support individuals during meal times, ensuring nutritional needs are met Encourage and promote independence and self-care skills Assist with mobility and physical support when required Carry out general housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment Engage with service users through effective and respectful communication Contribute to a positive, welcoming, and inclusive day centre environment Essential Criteria Minimum of 6 months'' experience in a similar support or care role NISCC registration (or willingness to apply) ..... full job details .....
