Support Worker

We are recruiting for experienced support workers in dementia, autism, learning disabilities and mental health on behalf of our client who operates Young Adults and Adults Residential homes across the UK. So if you are an experienced Support Worker and looking outside of the region please do get in touch as we cover 229 sites nationally.These positions for Support Worker are temporary and provide you with the flexibility to work full-time, part-time and ad-hoc hours over a 7 day working week. The care home is a friendly, person-centred residential care home that is committed to delivering high quality care and support to its residents and we are looking for compassionate and reliable support workers who can play a vital role in supporting residents with their day-to-day needs, promoting independence, dignity and well-being.You will assist with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing and mobility, supporting with meals and hydration as and when necessary and build positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues. Other aspects of the role are to encourage participation in activities and social engagement, maintain accurate care records and follow care plans. Ensuring safeguarding and health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
