Support Worker

We are looking for a committed and person-centred Support Worker to join our team at Lucy Adams House, delivering high-quality housing related support to residents on their journey towards independent living. You will complete individual risk assessments and tailored support plans, work closely alongside partner agencies to ensure all support needs are met, and play a vital role in empowering residents to build the skills and confidence they need to move on successfully to independent accommodation.We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities.
