About the Role We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our client s dedicated care team. Responsibilities for Support Worker: Provide person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities, dementia, and/or complex needs in line with individual care and support plans. Assist individuals with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, and mobility support where required. Support service users with daily living activities, including meal preparation, shopping, budgeting, household tasks, and attending appointments.
