This is home to three gentlemen aged , each living independently in their own flat within the same building. You ll work across all three flats, acting as a key worker for one person while still contributing to the wider support team.All three individuals have autism, learning disabilities, mental health needs and differing communication styles. The home supports people who may present behaviours of distress, so we re looking for someone calm, confident and patient, someone who can remain solution-focused when situations change quickly.Support is provided on a 2:1 basis during the day, so you ll always be working alongside a colleague.
