This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience working with children who are looking to develop a rewarding career in children''s residential care. This is a 12-week temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with successful candidates transferring to a permanent contract with the client after the initial temporary period. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality, person-centred support to children and young people. Build positive, professional relationships and promote emotional wellbeing. Support with daily routines, personal care (where required), education, appointments, and recreational activities. Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour. Follow safeguarding policies and ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times. Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Transport children and young people when required. Essential Requirements Full UK Driving Licence.
