Support Worker - Assisted Discharge
Location: West Middlesex University Hospital
Salary: £24,479 per annum, pro rata (plus ILW pro rata, if residing and working in London)
Hours: 26 per week. Dec-March weekend shifts 10-6pm as per rota
Contract: Fixed term contract until end of March 2027
