Support Worker
Empower young people in alternative education.
An expanding network of inclusive, trauma-informed alternative provisions in central Bristol is seeking Outreach Learning Mentors to join their growing teams. These settings work with students aged 4–16 who have experienced disruption to their education and may be at risk of exclusion due to complex behavioural and emotional needs.
With a strong focus on positive relationships, personalised learning, and restorative practice, these provisions offer a fresh start for young people in small, supportive settings. If you're passionate about helping young people re-engage with learning, this is your chance to make a real impact.
This is an outreach role, you will need access to your own car and hold business insurance. Mileage is reimbursed!
