As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will provide emotional and behavioural support to pupils both inside and outside the classroom. The Pastoral Support Worker will also support children during unstructured parts of the school day, deliver targeted pastoral interventions, promote attendance and engagement, and work collaboratively with staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
