Role: Support Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract for a leading provider of eCommerce solutions to publishing companies. Location: central London. Pattern: hybrid (three days in the office, two from home), with flexibility to work remotely abroad for up to two weeks during the year. Salary: up to £35k plus eligibility for a shared maintenance bonus and company benefits.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries and manage/ test support and maintenance tickets.
Update platforms including Shopify and WordPress.
Deliver training for publisher clients on the company’s products and services, ensuring systems are used to their full potential.
Qualifications
Experience in customer support with strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Good working knowledge of Google Spreadsheets or Excel.
Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify or basic HTML would be advantageous.
