Support ManagerMarket Weighton, East YorkshireSalary £36,514.24 per annumFull-Time 37.5 Hours per WeekAre you an experienced care leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding support and empowering people to live fulfilling, independent lives?We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Support Manager to lead a supported living service in Market Weighton, East Yorkshire, supporting 12 adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-led organisation that places the people it supports at the heart of everything it does.Due to growth and internal requirements, there are opportunities to appoint up to two Support Managers within the location.As Support Manager, you will provide operational leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered while developing and inspiring your team to achieve excellent outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Service Delivery Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the supported living service.Ensure people receive safe, effective, and person-centred support tailored to their individual needs and goals.Promote independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion for the people supported.Maintain a visible leadership presence within the service and provide hands-on support where required.Foster a positive culture focused on quality, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
