Support Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Support Manager to lead two Supported Living locations in Market Weighton, supporting adults with disabilities and mental health needs to live fulfilling and independent lives. The services are CQC regulated and focused on delivering person-centred support, with the successful candidate responsible for providing strong leadership across both locations and ensuring consistently high standards of support and compliance. We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager with a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or someone willing to work towards one. You will need experience managing multi-site teams and supporting adults with disabilities and mental health issues. This is an opportunity for a confident and passionate leader to make a real difference, supporting teams to deliver exceptional outcomes while promoting independence and ensuring the people supported can live their lives their way.
