OverviewERP Support Manager (ERP, Application Support, Stock Management) – Join a growing ERP software leader with clear progression routes and hybrid working.
This is a role to run an ERP support team and manage the team via a line manager structure.
Responsibilities
Manage the ERP application support team and the support queue across first, second and third line support.
Lead appraisal processes, conduct interviews, and coordinate training schedules.
Roster management and ensuring coverage for support needs.
Coordinate with the Operations Director; support continuous improvement in team performance and service delivery.
Contribute to maintaining a stable, high-morale team with low turnover.
Collaborate on broader ERP projects, especially around Distribution, stock, and warehousing where applicable.
Be based in the Coventry office twice per month as required.
Qualifications
Strong background in application support management and team leadership.
Experience managing a support queue across multiple support levels (first, second, third line).
ERP experience is ideal, particularly in distribution, stock, and warehousing domains; strong consideration given to good application support management experience.
