They help organisations build secure, resilient and future-ready digital environments, combining expertise across networking, cyber security, cloud and data to solve complex IT challenges.You will play a key role in maintaining the security, reliability and performance of critical Microsoft infrastructure. You''ll provide advanced second-line support, manage incidents and operational requests, coordinate changes, and proactively monitor platform health.NOTE: This role requires you to be onsite everyday.
