Produce contracts and distribute to the customerScan, file and maintain customer contracts and recordsEnsure quotations are produced in a timely manner for all aspects of Repair and MaintenanceProvide support for the Repair and Maintenance department in answering telephone enquiries and carrying out administration duties as requiredContribute to the department’s KPI’s and the company’s financial objectivesMonitor and record any non-conformance of the quality systems and implement and record the required corrective and preventative action within your area of responsibilitySkills and qualifications
Customer focused with excellent communication skillsAttention to detail while administering contract applications, contract set-up and assisting in the daily operation of the Repair and Maintenance administration areaExperience within contracts administrationBenefits
