Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 support for students with additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs. Deliver planned intervention sessions to small groups of pupils. Support students in accessing the curriculum and achieving learning objectives. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers. Assist teachers in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment. Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff. Promote positive behaviour and support students'' social and emotional development. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Experience working with children or young people, preferably within an educational setting. A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.
