We have immediate placements available and welcome applications from candidates currently working with other agencies.Key Responsibilities:Supporting students with SEN in their educational and personal development.Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive learning environment.Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.Helping with classroom management and administrative tasks.Requirements:ESSENTIAL: Previous experience working with children, ideally those with SEN.OPTIONAL: Experience working within healthcare or care workA compassionate and patient approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support (preferred but not essential).We Welcome Diverse Experience:If you have experience working with people with disabilities, we encourage you to apply.
